MunaiMarkets, collectively known as “MunAiMarkets,”  is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognises the need of people with whom we do business, such as our visitors, rail enthusiasts, patrons, sponsors, and members, to provide appropriate management and protection of any Personal Information that you agree to provide to us.

• Accuracy:  will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the personal information it collects and uses is accurate and complete. Individuals providing personal information can review and correct their data. At the written request of the individual to whom the information relates, the organisation will modify the information as required.

• Storage:  will store personal information using hard copy and electronic means to prevent unauthorised collection, access, use, disclosure, or disposal of personal data.

• Retention:  will establish a retention period for all personal information collected. This period may be related to legislation other than PIPEDA, such as Law Enforcement or any other Governing Agency.

• Disclosure:  MunAiMarkets will not disclose personal information unnecessarily to members or any third party unless the affected individual consents.

MunAiMarkets will ensure, by contract or other means, that the third party protects the information and uses it only for the purposes for which it was transferred.

Note: Access to a record may be subject to the payment of any fee required according to MunAiMarkets policy.

MunAiMarkets Privacy Policy is in effect as of Sept 02, 2004, and is retroactive to January 1, 2004. This policy is subject to amendment in response to developments in the privacy legislation.  The Chief Privacy Officer will review and revise the Privacy Policy from time to time as required by changes in privacy law. Notification of any changes in the Privacy Policy will be posted on l ‘s website and in its Privacy Statement. Any changes in the Privacy Policy will apply to Personal information collected from the date of posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Website.
